Abstract

We experienced a case of esophago-pericardial fistula with cardiac tamponade fistula with cardiac tamponade which was treated successfully by pericardial drainage, closure of the fistula and adequate antibiotic therapy. Esophago-pericardial
fistula
is
rare, often fatal and demanding surgical emergency. We report a case with review of literatures.
